Handcrafted Bowls

All 200 bowls have been personally made by me every step of the way. The bowl starts off as a lump of clay, then is wheel thrown into a bowl on the potters wheel. After it dries, it goes through the process of trimming, where a foot is carved out of the bottom of the bowl. Following the trimming process, the bowl is put through the first kiln fire. After it's taken out of the kiln, glaze is applied then put back into the kiln. Once it comes out of the final kiln fire, the bowl is glossy, fully glazed and ready to be used! Check out @woohooceramics on Instagram to see the process.
